To mobilize the capacity of small-scale oil palm producers in the Denkyembour district and its environs for the sustainable development of the local economy, through palm oil processing, for employment generation, and wealth creation.
Our Product
Palm oil is a deep orange red in color due to the high content of carotenoids and vitamin E, which confers natural stability against oxidative deterioration. It is a vegetable oil, which is cholesterol-free, and has a naturally semi-solid characteristic at room temperature; with a specific origin melting point between 33oC to 39oC. It does not require hydrogenation for use as food ingredient.

A key part of our mission is to mobilize and support small-scale producers in the Denkyembour district and surrounding areas. Through collaborations with associations like GSSOPPA, we provide technology, training, and financial support to help local farmers use improved agricultural methods, thereby generating wealth and employment in the local economy.
Our palm oil is naturally cholesterol-free and rich in Vitamin E and carotenoids, which give the oil its characteristic deep orange-red color. It is highly stable against oxidation and does not require hydrogenation for use as a food ingredient, making it a healthy and versatile choice for cooking and industrial food production.
The company is situated on a 5-hectare plot at Akwatia in the Kwaebibirem district of Ghana’s Eastern Region. This location, spanning the Kade-Akwatia Road, was strategically chosen for its proximity to raw material sources, major roads for transport, and necessary utilities like water for irrigation.
Denkyembour Oil Palm Company Ltd is a private Ghanaian firm registered since August 24, 2017. Our primary function is processing fresh palm fruits into high-quality palm oil for both domestic and export markets. We aim to be a leading producer that contributes to a sustainable and competitive oil palm industry in Ghana.
